All properties are located on a large ( 60 foot wide – 350 foot long) naturally treed lot. Your open concept living room and kitchen face the lake. (Cajun de Peñas)

Your backyard overlooks one of the 9 Epic World Par 3 holes. When you are not there you have the option of putting your property in our rental pool.

“Rental Pool”

At World Par 3 you can choose to use your vacation home year round or put in our Rental Pool when you are not using it.
You are not allowed to use it as an Air bnb. This will be stated in your purchase agreement.
When you put it in our rental pool our professional sales staff will be renting it by the week with or without a golf package.
The packages will include a shuttle from Puerta Vallarta Airport or a preferred discounted car rental price.
A shuttle will be available to the nearest beaches, Tomatlan and Puerta Vallarta. Flat Taxi and Uber rates will also be available.
